Welcome to The 2010 World Congress on Mathematics and Statistics, WCMS'10 website. It is our aim to provide you with ready-to-use helpful information concerning our activities.

The International Foundation for Modern Education and Scientific Research (INFOMESR), Cairo, Egypt, has the pleasure to organize the 2010 World Congress on Mathematics and Statistics, WCMS'10, in the period July 26-29, 2010. In addition to regularly scheduled scientific sessions, separate exhibition, workshops, invited lectures and seminars will be devoted to the presentation of latest achievements in Mathematics and Statistics. This conference activity is intended to be a forum that facilitates and promotes communication and cooperation among conference participants.

Sharm El-Shiekh:

The simplicity of sun, sea and sand. The luxury of hotels, water sports, shopping and entertainment. This is Sharm El-Sheikh, one of the most accessible and developed tourist resort communities on the Sinai peninsula. All around are Bedouins, colorful tents, mountains and sea. There are small, intimate hotels with modern designs, as well as larger hotel complexes belonging to International chains, plus about all the amenities one could expect of a tourist center, including casinos, discos and nightclubs, golf courses and health facilities. In fact, with diving and snorkeling, windsurfing and other water sports, horses and camel riding, desert safaris, and great nearby antiquities attractions, it is almost impossible for a visitor to ever suffer from boredom.

Objectives:

The 2010 World Congress on Mathematics and Statistics, WCMS'10, in the period July 26-29, 2010, is one of the big world events in the field of Mathematics and Statistics. The objective of the congress is to cover all areas of Mathematics and Statistics. The congress will include in its activities: regular papers that cover theory, design and technical aspects, invited lecturers, planner talks, seminars, workshops and exhibition. The congress will provide a rich scientific forum for overall world university faculties; research institutes researchers and industry specialists.

Conference language:

English is the official conference language.

Papers:

Prospective authors of papers are required to submit up to five pages on double columns format (Paper Template). Papers presented at WCMS'10 must be original material and have not been previously presented or published. Manuscripts not received by the deadline cannot be published in the proceedings and will not be presented in the conference. Final manuscripts exceeding five pages will be subject to publication page charges. WCMS'10 papers will be reviewed to ensure the quality of the technical content.

For any paper to appear in the conference proceedings:

1- It must be presented by one of the authors.
2- The registration fees that will be paid on site at the first day of the conference must be cash money.
3- For multiple papers, there is an increase of 50% in registration fees for each extra paper.
4- For extra pages (more than 5 pages per paper), 20% for each extra page increasing in registration fee.

Student Session:

Undergraduate students are invited to demonstrate their engineering skill, talent and capability of defending their innovated ideas. The participating students could attend all the conference activities, free of charge.

1- Welcome reception, registration, attendance of all conference and exhibition activities, coffee breaks, conference proceedings, and publications.

2- Accommodation in ... (Full-board).

3- One full day tour in Sharm El-Sheikh (one day for east bank, and the other day for west bank).

4- Other conference/tour activities (like: gala dinner, ... etc.).

Please take note of these important dates when planning your participation in this conference:

Paper Submission Process:

1. All correspondence with conference must be via emails ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and all delivered files must be sent through (Paper Submission) page.

2. Authors must prepare their full-length manuscripts according to conference format (Paper Template) and send it before the 15^th of May 2010. The paper should not be more than 5-pages long. You must indicate the most suitable track for your paper. Also, Your article size in .doc format must not be more than 200 kb and in .pdf format must not be more than 80 kb.

3. The papers will go through refereeing by the conference scientific committee to check originality of work, completeness of reported work, organization of manuscript and clarity of writing, tables, equations and graphs.

4. Before the 1^st of June 2010, you will be notified of the acceptance situation of your full paper and notes of the conference scientific committee.

5. You'll receive a confirmation letter for the preliminary acceptance of your paper. Also, you'll will receive invitation letter.

6. For the accepted papers, authors must re-write their manuscripts according to conference format and according to notes and queries of the conference scientific committee.

7. The authors must send their camera-ready revised manuscript before the 15^th of June 2010.

8. All the papers must be discussed and presented at one of the conference sessions. The authors must send their presentations (using Microsoft Power Point) before the 15^th of July 2010. The presentation should not to be more than 10 slides for about 15 minute.

9. The conference program will be released on the 15^th of July 2010.

10. During the attendance at the conference on July, 26-29, 2010, you'll receive the CD containing conference program and all paper abstracts.

11. After presenting your paper, you must revise it again and prepare the final written paper according to discussion notes.

12. The final paper must be submitted in Word format before the 1^st of September 2010.

13. Starting from the 1^st of October 2010, you can get the final form of your paper and any paper that participated in the conference.

Visas:

On the 1^st of June 2010, you will be notified of the acceptance situation of your full paper and notes of the conference scientific committee. You'll receive a confirmation letter for the preliminary acceptance of your paper. Also, you'll receive the invitation letter. Please check with your travel agent or the Egyptian embassy in your country whether you require a visa to enter Egypt. Please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain the visa in good time.
